Reporting to the Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager, the Junior Accounting/Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Accounting team with basic administrative duties and accounting functions.


  • Assist the A/R function by organizing invoices, daily bank deposits, processing credit card payments, posting cash receipts, light collections, filing and mailing.
  • Provide lunch coverage for reception; operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls; determining appropriate employee contact, provide information, take messages, and schedule appointments.
  • Assist the A/P function by matching receipts to expense reports.


  • High School Diploma
  • Office experience
  • Knowledge of A/P and A/R
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent telephone and customer etiquette
