Tropical Mint Green Smoothie

Makes: 2 x 10oz servings
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen banana
½ an avocado (or ½ cup plain yoghurt)
1 cup filtered water
1 ½ tbsp Flora Beyond Greens Powder
1 tbsp aloe vera juice
2 tsp Udo’s Oil
2 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp peppermint extract
Method:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend on high until smooth and creamy.
