Suggested Use
ADULTS: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag (1.9 g) in 150-250 mL of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times daily.
Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
CAUTIONS: Do not use if you: 1) are pregnant or breastfeeding 2) are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Apiaceae/carrot family 3) are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance 4) have hypokalemia, high blood pressure or a kidney/cardiovascular/liver disorder 5) have gastrointestinal ulcers.
