Canada Post Shipping Notice
Please note that there is a Canada Post labour disruption in place. The majority of our customers will not experience any interruption to our shipping service, except for those in remote locations or those who use a post-office box for deliveries. If either situation applies to you, we recommend that you provide an alternate address or reach out to our customer service team to find the best available solution.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 and subscription orders.*
*Shipments to Yukon and Northwest Territories are not eligible for free shipping offers.
When will I receive my shipping confirmation email?
Please allow 2–3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
What if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can work with you to arrange for the damaged products to be replaced promptly. Include your order number, description of the damage, and pictures. This information will benefit us when evaluating our packaging and shipping processes.
