Thank you for shopping at Flora. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 30 days of purchase. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from florahealth.com. If you purchased directly from another retailer such as Amazon, Whole Foods, Target, etc. please refer to their return & refund policy.

To initiate a return, e-mail customerservice.ca@florahealth.com or call our Customer Service team at 1-877-463-5672 (English) or 1-800-363-9542 (French) to request a return shipping label. To assist you, we will need your name, order number and the item number of the product you would like to return.

  • Return requests MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
  • Only products in unmarked, sellable condition may be returned. Super Savings items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they are damaged during shipping. Damaged products may be returned for a refund after calling customer service.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ca@florahealth.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Subscription orders that are not canceled or skipped prior to shipping are not eligible for a refund.
  • Flora is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer’s error.
  • We don’t offer merchandise exchanges. To receive credit for your purchase, products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days after the return shipping label is issued to receive full credit.
  • All returns will be checked by our return specialists. If expected items or products are missing, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.


Once we receive the product(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned order. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card and notify you of the status of your refund. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Order Cancellations

Once we receive your order, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible. For that reason, unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed. Once your order has been delivered, please contact our customer service department to initiate a return. When your order has been returned to our warehouse, our Customer Service department will contact you directly to confirm your refund.
