ADULTS: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag (1.9 g) in 150-250 mL of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times daily.
Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
