Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus (such as coughs, sore throat and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract).
Suggested Use
Children 5-9 years old: Take at the first sign of infection. Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL), 3 times daily.
Store at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks.
CAUTIONS:

Discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upsets, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
Diuretic effect may occur.
Rare cases of severe allergic reactions have been known to occur; use caution if you are allergic to plants of the Daisy family.
