Notes
* To make coffee ice cubes: brew one cup of coffee any way you like. Let it cool and pour into an ice cube tray. When the coffee is frozen store the ice cubes in a glass container in your freezer. Use decaf or a coffee substitute if you would prefer the smoothie without caffeine.
Ingredients
- ½ cup steamed then frozen sweet potato
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 4 –5 coffee ice cubes*
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1.5 tbsp Udo’s Oil
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 3 pitted dates
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high. Serve immediately!
