    RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults & children 5+ years old: Take 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) once daily.

    3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon

    Per tablespoon of Udo’s Oil® Omega Blend + DHA:

    • 5 g of Alpha Linolenic Acid (Omega-3)
    • 2.9 g of Linoleic Acid (Omega-6)
    • 2.4 g of Oleic Acid (Omega-9)

    The cloudy layer in the oil is unique to this blend. Shake bottle gently before each use. Do not heat or use for frying. Can be frozen to prolong shelf life.

    FOR OPTIMUM FRESHNESS, KEEP REFRIGERATED. ONCE OPENED, USE WITHIN 2 MONTHS.

    Cured my eczema

    My eczema cleared up - thank-you!!- and as a bonus my complexion got better (slight acne), and my skin got very soft and my hair got shinier and healthier! I put 2-3Tbps in a smoothie b/ c I don't love the taste lint I love the results!!!
