1/2 cup homemade probiotic coconut yogurt (or sub Greek yogurt)
1 scoop Flora Elderberry Crystals
1 Tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
1 tsp Flora Manuka Honey or more to taste


    • Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!


    Topped here with blueberries, diced roasted almonds & sunflower seeds, grain-free granola, sugar-free dark chocolate chips, and bee pollen.
