Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
4 cups water1 cup bone broth *
3 tbsp miso paste
Method:
- Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, whisking miso paste to dissolve.
- Add noodles, protein or vegetables as desired to round out the broth or sip on 1/2 cup alone.
