3 Ingredient Immune Broth

Makes 5 cups

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups water
1 cup bone broth *
3 tbsp miso paste

Method:

  • Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, whisking miso paste to dissolve.
  • Add noodles, protein or vegetables as desired to round out the broth or sip on 1/2 cup alone.

Notes:

If plant based, bone broth can be substituted for a mushroom broth or can be omitted altogether. If omitting, add one more tablespoon of miso paste.

Optional add ins:

Minced ginger Garlic Cayenne Cumin Or anything you wish!
