Ingredients:
1/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter2 tbsp Udo’s Oil 3+6+9 Blend
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp basil, chopped
1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
Instructions:
- Smash garlic with the side of a knife. Set aside. Add peanut butter, tamari, maple syrup and lemon juice to a small food processor and blend until combined. Add garlic, ginger and Udo’s Oil. Blend well.
- Scoop into a bowl, then stir in basil and peanuts. Serve with salad rolls, on top of pad Thai dishes, or with sushi.
