Time: 10 minutes + freezing time
Makes: 2 small smoothies or one smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
1.5 cups frozen strawberries1/3 cup plain yoghurt
1/4 cup cashews, soaked
1/3 cup frozen banana
1 tsp Flora Acerola Powder
1 tbsp Flora Flax Oil Water (optional)
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed. If making smoothies, add liquid as desired and serve in two small cups. If making a smoothie bowl, add 1 tbsp of liquid as needed and scoop into a bowl.
