Pre-Workout Smoothie

Ingredients
4 oz. frozen mixed berries
½ small banana
¼ cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tsp Flora Beyond Greens
1 tbsp Red Beet Crystals
1 tbsp Flora Omega Sport+
1 tbsp honey (optional)

    Instructions
    • Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth, and rock your workout.
