Green Pea Goodness Dip

100 g green peas
50 g edamame beans
¼ cup Udo’s Oil 3+6+9 Blend
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh lemongrass
2 tbsp goat’s cheese
½ tsp sea salt
12 cracks fresh black pepper
2 tbsp fresh mint


  • Add all ingredients except Udo’s Oil to a food processor and pulse until well combined, adding Udo’s Oil slowly. Blend until creamy. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container refrigerated for up to one week.
