Lemon Sunshine Dressing

Instructions:

1/2 cup Udo’s Oil 3+6+9 Blend
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
4 cloves garlic, grated
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp white onion, finely chopped
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions:

  • Using a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients and whisk well. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Keep in an airtight container refrigerated and shake well before using.
*For a Keto-Friendly version, omit Maple syrup
