Lavender Lime Chia Pudding

2/3 cup oat milk
1 tbsp dried lavender buds
2 tbsp white chia seeds
1 tsp Udo’s Oil 3+6+9 Blend
1 tbsp lime zest Squeeze of lime juice
- Combine oat milk and dried lavender in a small saucepan and bring to a slow boil, stirring often. Let the mixture boil for 20-30 seconds, then remove from heat and let cool.
- Add chia seeds and Udo’s Oil when the milk has returned to room temperature. Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight. Upon serving, add lime zest and lime juice.
*For a Keto-Friendly version, increase Udo’s 3+6+9 Oil and sub almond milk for oat milk.
