Extra Greens Savory Spread

This spread tastes like a creamier pesto that’s been super charged with greens! Use generously on toast, sandwiches, and salads for the ultimate nutrient boost.

Recipe Makes: 2 cups
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups mixed herbs, loosely packed – we used basil, cilantro, oregano, and chives
1/3 cup Udo’s Oil
1/3 cup feta cheese
½ a ripe avocado
1 heaping scoop Flora Beyond Greens powder
2 tablespoons walnuts
2 tablespoons lime juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend, using a tamper, and scraping down the sides as needed. Add 1 – 2 tablespoons more oil if the spread is too thick to blend. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, and store in an airtight container refrigerated for up to one week.
