1½ cups chopped fresh basil
3 tbsp pine nuts
3 garlic cloves
½ cup Virgin olive oil
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Gandalf Spirulina™ powder
Ground pepper to taste

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor except the olive oil.
  • Blend and SLOWLY add olive oil until consistency is smooth.
  • Serve as a pasta sauce, pasta salad, or as a spread.
