Quite frankly, I had completely forgotten how easy it is to make my own kale chips. I’ve been absolutely craving them lately and today realized I have kale in the fridge and Flora Organic Olive Oil in the pantry! So I got to it! Kale chips are a great snacking alternative to potato chips, they are crunchy and salty but much more nutritious.
Preheat your oven to 300 °F and drizzle 1 tsp. Flora Organic Olive Oil on your pan. Place your ripped and dried kale (make sure it’s completely dry and avoid using stems!) on your sheet pan. Drizzle with another 1 tsp. of the oil and sprinkle with pink Himalayan sea salt and nutritional yeast. Bake for 10 minutes and let rest for 5 before enjoying ALL THE KRUNCH!
